As a competitive natural bodybuilder based in Montreal, I've spent years learning what it actually takes to build a physique that performs under pressure — on stage, in the gym, and in daily life.

I coach intermediate to advanced athletes and aspiring competitors who are done with mediocre results and ready to commit to a process that works. Every plan I write is built from scratch, around your body, your schedule, and your goals.
